Homeowners Association Management
We represent multiple homeowners and condominium associations in Big Sky, taking pride in the day-to-day operation and management of each association. With over 100 years of combined experience in property management, property maintenance and customer service in Big Sky, we are well-staffed to provide for your every need.
Our Process and Responsibility:
- Provide regular maintenance services and labor for the buildings, parking and grass areas
- In the event of an emergency on the premises, take all necessary action
- Take all necessary actions on the premises or within a unit to alleviate damage
- Provide administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to: minutes, record keeping, files, communications and facilitating and scheduling of meetings
- Special requests and management as needed
Weekly Inspections
We complete security checks for you each week the residence is open. The purpose of the security check is to verify the home is safe and secure, prevent major damage by finding any maintenance needs early, and reduce utility costs by turning utilities on/off when not in use.

Oversight and Management of Subcontracted Services
In the event you would like services or need maintenance for your home, Hammond Property Management has a network of reputable, trustworthy sub-contractors to complete work in your home. We will also take care of all the details – scheduling, unit access and supervision of services include but not limited to:

Emergency Services
Included with your services, we provide all of our clients with 24-hour access to our emergency answering service where you will speak to a live person in the event of an emergency. This enables the HPM team to be available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please understand if we are called to any after-hour emergency, there is a 2 hour minimum charge.
